I have been working as a full-time massage therapist in Key West since 2001. I graduated in 2001 after observing a two-year apprenticeship program in conjunction with the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. I received my certification through the NCBTMB. Besides offering Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and hot stone massage, I have taken further education courses in lymphatic drainage and craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute. I have advanced training in prenatal massage and myofascial release. I am also a licensed esthetician and offer skincare. Before moving to Key West I worked as a pediatric nurse for 12 years. Working with my clients for so many years taught me to listen to your needs. Together we will determine what modality will work best for you.

As part of my three years of studies, I worked in several orthopedic and rehabilitation clinics. After moving to Florida, I obtained my Florida Massage License. Not only do I offer Swedish and deep tissue massage, but also myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, which I studied with the Upledger Institute. Prior to your treatment, we will converse, so I can tailor the massage to your needs.

We may occasionally work with other on-call therapists to meet high demand. If this is the case, we will always talk with you first. All therapists we work with are licensed in Florida, insured and have at least 3 years experience.
